Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy

Digital products

Due to the nature of the digital distribution of active license codes, thesecuremart.com can not offer refunds, Cancellation, or exchanges for any digital products once delivered and the activation/license key has been viewed. All licensing sales are final.

You may request a refund if you have not yet retrieved the activation/license key from our system. If you have already retrieved the activation/license key, NO REFUNDS will be granted.

Please make sure the software works on your system before retrieving the activation/license key. All digital software product have their own system requirement and it is listed on the product page.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Refund requests may be granted if:

✓ You HAVE NOT received the activation/license key from the web portal, or by email, or by postal mail, or by telephone, or by web chat, or by other means.

Note:- We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product on the above conditions. No Refund will be granted after 7 days of the original date of order placed.
